At angelluz.com you will find our electronic catalog. It has all the products that we offer with their correspondent information. Each item has an unique identification number (ITEM ID) and this is the way to refer it. When you decide to buy any of our product please take on account the Item ID of the product that you want.

Order Process
We work with electronic orders. You do not have to pay thought the website. You fill out a form with your contact information and the ITEM IDs and quantities of the products that you want. As soon as we receive the order our representatives will contact you by phone or e-mail to confirm the order and arrange payment and shipping method. Once this step is completed we will ship the products. If you provided an e-mail a confirmation note will be send to you when the order is dispatched.

We accept these credit cards: Mastercard and Visa.
Also personal checks or money orders, in these cases we require verification before to send your order.

Shipping

Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped during the next 2 business days. We offer our clients three delivery methods:
UPS Overnight, UPS 3 days delivery or the standard United States Postal Service. The prices vary depending on quantity and destination. Due to the nature of our business a piece could not be in stock, if this is the case, the shipping can take 1 to 2 weeks.
We can only process orders within the United States. We do not ship to post office (P.O.) boxes. 
We retain the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspect.
